Our Founder

Evelyn Jabri, PhD, PCC, CPIC, is a C-suite leader, Strategic Consultant, and Integrative Coach who thrives when helping organizations and people connect the dots from where they are to where they want to be.

Her experiences as a bench scientist, an organizational executive, and a business owner offer her a unique perspective on how organizations and people navigate increasing complexities in evolving ecosystems.

Organizations are nuanced, teams are unique, and people are people. That’s why she takes a systems approach to understand the challenge and tailors engagements to fit the need.
