Evelyn aims to provide sufficient time to explore possibilities and enhance personal growth.
Invest a minimum of three months in working together (minimum 6 sessions); anything less will not create lasting change.
All multi-session packages explore and help you understand your pattern of behaviors, your communication style, your preferred working style, among other characteristics. Your coach will support you with options to trying new approaches so you can transformation your mindset.

Evelyn offers a free, no obligations 45-minute speed coaching session (includes one assessment of your choice), that often results new insights about yourself.

Yes! Evelyn coaches small teams, often critical pairs (such as a board chair and CEO, CEO & CFO, and directors working on the same project) or project teams.
Each team member gains access to the assessment platform so they can explore their self-awareness and understand their working style. They also have the option to share their results with team members and explore how they can improve their communication and working partnership to achieve extraordinary professional results!

After you complete the coaching agreement, you will select a time and day that works for your coaching sessions.
Many clients prefer virtual coaching because they can find a comfortable and quiet place to focus on the conversations.
Depending on availability, in-person sessions are possible in Tucson, Arizona and when Evelyn is in Boulder, Colorado area.

Evelyn’s (and E&A Innovation Group’s) coaching partnerships are rooted in trust and confidence. Confidentiality is essential to building the trust needed for an effective working relationship.
The coaching relationship and all information (documented or verbal) that the client shares with the coach as part of this relationship are 100% confidential and bound by the principles of confidentiality outlined in the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics. The coach agrees not to disclose any information about the client without the client's written consent.
These coaching sessions may be recorded at the request of the client. The client and coach may use any session recording for their personal development. The coach will ask for the client’s written consent before sharing any of the confidential session recordings with a third party, coaching mentor, supervisor, or assessor.
